Step 1
A sport physical must be completed before registration. A sport physical is good for 3 years. If the physical expires during the season, a new one will need to be done before registration. A well child visit is not an eligible sport physical. Turn into Activities Office.
Step 2
Educational Benefits (previously known as Free and Reduced lunch) needs to be applied for each year.Â
Step 3
EduTrak is the online registration platform. For all Sport and Activities, select the Soccer ball to see list of available items for the season.Â
